Nebula Electronics is only able to offer support for its own range of products, currently the
DigiTV range of devices.
If you don't know how to use a particular DigiTV function, or have a problem then you may like to tap into the vast body of experience from other DigiTV users on the DigiTV forum.

Repair Service
|
If your Nebula Electronics device has developed a fault and it is out of the warranty period, we may be able to repair it for you.
eMail us at repairs@nebula-electronics.com detailing the problem under the headers in the email that's automatically generated. If
we can't solve the problem without having a look at the device, we'll ask for you to pop it in the post to us for repair. Our engineers know these devices inside-out (of course), so
we should very quickly be able to tell you the nature of the problem and whether it is economically repairable.
In the event that the device cannot be economically repaired, we'll at least offer you a discount on a brand new equivalent device from our product range.
