| No aerial connection | Check around the back of the PC on the DigiTV card to make sure that an aerial lead is plugged into the correct connector. If you are unsure as to which connector is the correct one, refer back to the Getting Started Section (for either PCI or USB depending on which product you own). |
| Bad aerial connection |
It may be that there is a fault somewhere between the aerial lead you are using and the aerial itself. The easiest way to check it
out is to attach a normal TV to the connector and view the signal quality. If you get a very good picture and sound, try uninstalling DigiTV and
then re-installing it.
If you still get no channels, contact us at support@nebula-electronics.com If you cannot get a good picture/sound with a normal TV, please see the next section. |
| Poor Signal Quality | Although the BBC have promised to boost the Digital TV signals around the country so that most of the population can receive them, there are still areas where Digital TV reception is either not possible, or an aerial upgrade is needed. You can use your postcode to find out if this applies to you by going to the Digital Television Group postcode checker. |
