Video Desktop

Overview

New to version 3.5 of our DigiTV software is the capability to have DigiTV display the TV image as your desktop wallpaper, allowing you to easily work on your PC while enjoying watching TV in the background.



Activating Video Desktop Mode

Simply go to File -> Video Desktop, or right click on the DigiTV video area and then select Video Desktop from the context menu.

DigiTV will then minimise to the task bar and the video image will appear as your desktop wallpaper (with the audio continuing as normal).

While you are in video desktop mode you will not be able to change channels/volume, but if you resume DigiTV you will then regain full control of the software. Also please note that DigiTV cannot display subtitles while in this mode, therefore you will need to use Windowed/Fullscreen mode if you wish to view them.

Deactivating Video Desktop Mode

Click on the DigiTV item in the task bar to resume DigiTV to it's normal windowed state.
