Thursday 6th December 2007 The DigiTV range of products will no longer be manufactured under the Company Nebula Electronics Ltd, and Nebula Electronics Ltd is to be wound-up as a commercial company. The Nebula Electronics brand however, is to continue as a trading name of Nebula Media Solutions Ltd. Nebula Media Solutions Ltd. have also taken over as prime manufacturer for the DigiTV product range. Nebula Media Solutions Ltd specialises in the provision of Media distribution for home and business and will take on the role of primary distributor for the DigiTV range of products. For existing and future customers, the transition should have little impact other than a short delay followed by an improvement in the provision of support and sales communication when compared to the recent level of service. Nebula Media Solutions Ltd takes very seriously its responsibility to maintain good customer relations, so all orders placed on the Nebula Electronics website have been, and will continue to be, honoured by Nebula Media Solutions Ltd. After-sales care as well as all warranties and repairs to existing equipment will also be honoured for the lifetime of the product range. Nebula Media Solutions Ltd also plans to expand and improve existing product ranges as part of its own product portfolio. The current web-site and email servers are in the process of being relocated, so there may be interruptions in availablilty in the short term.
