Beta test BDA (Broadcast Driver Architecture) Drivers for DigiTV PCI cards are now available for download.

Please read the release notes below carefully before downloading and installing.

The download file is a zip file, and you will need to extract its contents to a temporary directory before continuing.

Before installing these drivers

These drivers are for 3rd party software compatability only. They will not work with the current version of the DigiTV application software.

If you wish to continue using the current DigiTV application with your DigiTV card, then please do not install these drivers.

Windows 2000 users

Please read the comments in the .inf files and adjust accordingly to correct for bugs in the Win2K BDA implementation. WinXP SP2 is unaffected.

Installing the drivers

Extract the files in the downloaded Zip file into a temporary directory, and then use Windows Device Manager to replace the following drivers (found under the 'Sound, Video and Game Controllers' section)

'NebAudio, WDM Audio/MPEG2 Capture' should be replaced using the 'DigiTV_BDACapture.inf' installation file
'NebVideo, WDM Video Capture' should be replaced using the 'DigiTV_BDATuner.inf' installation file

These BDA drivers will work with all versions of the DigiTV PCI hardware.
